Phoenix Development Partners develops, owns, and invests in commercial real estate. Founded in 2014, Phoenix exists to create outsized risk-adjusted returns for investors through development of new properties in high growth markets and redevelopment of existing properties with hidden, untapped, or under-realized value. With almost 200 years of combined real estate experience at companies such as Disney, Heitman, Pritzker Realty Group, and Starwood, Phoenix team members bring expertise across the entire real estate spectrum, from concept development to capital raising to asset management. Phoenix works in all asset classes, with a particular focus on hospitality and multifamily property types.
